VWC
Non-denominational Church
Village Worship Church (VWC) was founded by Bishop Anthony L. Handley, July 5, 2014. VWC was organized for the purpose of glorifying God our Father and Creator, because God is the undisputed Master of Goodness. Therefore the primary objective of VWC is to do good. To do good, we seek to achieve what has been approved in the Holy Scriptures. VWC is to encourage, strengthen, and comfort the brethren (I Cor 14:3), and protect and provide for widows and children (James 1:27), and the community at large, without profit, but with unselfish, loyal, benevolence.
As a House of Prayer authorized by Jesus Christ in Matthew 21:13, VWC provides a loving fellowship and Christ-exalted worship environment where kingdom building and servant leadership guide every aspect of the ministry.
As reflected in the church name, the people come together as a village, fellowship as a village, and worship as a village with welcome arms to anyone in the community who seeks encouragement, strength, comfort, and healing in the areas of spiritual growth, education, community, and economic empowerment.
Ministries are freely given to all persons of every race, color, creed, nationality, gender and religion, and include services to children, women, seniors, the homeless, low-income families, the incarcerated, and those bound by medical concerns such that their quality of life is curtailed.
VWC is a blessed and growing fellowship cinched to bless those we serve – Village Worship Church is Blessed to be a Blessing.
