Board Members and Church

Bishop Anthony L. Handley was born in Louisville, Kentucky to Rochelle & Theotis Carney. He answered the call to preach in 2006 and received his license to preach the gospel in April 2007 under the leadership of Bishop Walter Smith Jr. of New Horizon Full Gospel.

Village Worship Church (VWC) was founded by Bishop Anthony L. Handley, July 5, 2014. VWC was organized for the purpose of glorifying God our Father and Creator, because God is the undisputed Master of Goodness.

Michael L. Howard was born in Louisville, Kentucky. He is a retired Information Technology employee.

In the last 12 years, he has worked diligently for the church (CFO) and for Village Community Center (Board Vice-President).
